Jim was amazingly helpful and very supportive as we navigated the sale of my parents' home after Dad passed. He understood and provided helpful information about what documents would be needed for the sale via Family Trust and loss of one of the Trustees. Jim listened and then responded to all of our questions - even when Mom and I were not exactly sure what the best course of action would be. There should be a place to give more than 5 stars. They sold our home for us in Lake Elsinore as we were buying a new home in San Diego. They saved us when things went sideways in the purchase of our San Diego home. It was poor communication and mixed messages on the San Diego side which left us anxious and fearful of not closing both homes in unison and on time. Thank goodness Jim and Shar had our backs and went over and above what was nessesary to straighten everything out with the San Diego team and got things back on track for us. Shar is amazing. Always positive and uplifting. Listens with patience but no nonsense when it comes to helping in any way her clients may need. Jim and his team are were amazing, Jim came to our home and explained everything to us about selling. His experience with this market was on key. He was available for any and all questions night and day. We listed our home and it was sold in a few days. Well to be exact we did have an offer even before the property went online because Jim recommended to place it as "up and coming". We only had to open the home a handful of times which was great for us. His team showed us other properties and even though we did not end up buying everything was easy and straightforward.
